I begin with thoughts of Peter Kay and “garlic bread/cheesecake” and ask, “Banana? Bread?”…but hey ho, away we go.
This one can be found here – https://www.secondnature.io/guides/recipes/dessert/banana-bread
So, how do you turn a bananananana into bread? Let’s ask Tracy!
It’s low carb, low sugar, and tasty (I’m told). According to the recipe, you want to be mashing stuff with a fork, but ain’t nobody got time for that. Tracy is using a slice-and-dice machine! Chuck the bananas in. Watch them die!
Mmmm banananananana sludge! Add eggs, butter, and vanilla…and slice them all! Muahahaha!
Next, add the almond flour, oats, salt and baking powder. “Stir well”
Yer man The Recipe now says add pecans and stir. Hah. We don’t need pecans…more like pecan’ts, amirite guise? Walnuts is where it’s at, fam.
Line a loaf tin with a…tin liner…and dollop in the mix. Make it boujee by adding an egg on top…no wait…a banananana. Definitely not an egg.
Stick it in the oven, bake it, slice it, eat it. Job done!
TL;DR: Make bread with none of the ingredients needed for bread. Boujee.
