EMBITS is a highly capable IT & Web Design Consultancy based in Ilkeston in the East Midlands, right in the middle of Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Chesterfield. In addition, we have extensive experience of hardware/software installation, maintenance and repair, and have over 15 years experience of PC applications in the workplace and the internet.
Our team originally worked for several independent IT consultancies, working with clients at all levels, multiple PC configurations and dealing with the day to day resolution of PC and internet related problems. It was during this time that our team encountered many people with disabilities adapting to using computers, from visually and hearing impairment to dyslexia. It was apparent that many programs and websites did little to help those who needed to use them.
With that in mind, EMBITS aims to provide a satisfactory experience for all users of their websites. With the recent updates in the Disability Discrimination Act, this is even more of a factor to be considered when choosing a designer for web based services.
